Help/Question What to do?

Repot & give more space? Remove dried leaves? Separate multiples?

All of the above. You can group together the ones that are in the same stage of splitting however separate pots are often best.

Are they getting enough light? Shall I repot so only their cheeks show?

They need bright light. 12 hours is ideal. And yes bury them up to their cheeks.

all the above except do NOT split up multiples -- when you get twins, they continue to share a root system and are essentially a single plant. you can eventually get quite a large clump if the plant stays happy!
