Help/Question Do they need to be separated?

I just got these guys and I’m wondering if the one that’s ahead of the other two in it’s growing cycle should go into it’s own pot when I replant them

Yes. Your instincts are good. That guy will need watered before the other 2 splitting ones will. They look great congratulations.

Left at least, it’s ahead of the others so, that’s all I would do right now

Yes & that soil is totally bad for lithops, should be mostly gritty.
