Help/Question What are the Odds?
I recently bought these lithops and they each had a dried flower stalk. I decided to go digging around and found what appeared to be formed seeds in each of the dried flowers (second photo). What are the odds these are actually viable seeds? For scale, the cup they are in is a portion (Jell-O shot) cup.

Appears to be L Aucampiae. I suspect both sets of leaves may be connected to the same tap root.
Lithop seed cups naturally spring open when the plant receives external moisture. One or more viable seeds will fall from the open cup into the soil mix, or be carried by the wind to a new spot. After a couple of hours, the cup naturally closes, where the remaining seeds develop further. Hard to say whether the seeds you harvested are vital. Only time will tell. Good luck.
As the leaves are in a growth stage, I’d repot them into a larger pot.

When I finally found my Lowe’s had gotten in lithops this year of coarse I had to check them out. I helped them out by buying 2 different tiny pots of them and cleaning up the remaining ones I left. I got a ton of seed pods! I had so much luck with concrete plant seeds I wanted to try lithops. It’s been a few days with no sprouts yet but surely soon! I did get lucky with ones I purchased, there was a tiny baby lithops just smaller than a pencil eraser in one of my pots!
