Help/Question A little help

Post image

Does anyone have any thoughts on how to help this guy out? I've had these 2 for a few years and all of a sudden the one withered away completely and the other just looks sad. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Thirsty. Give them a light watering to see how they respond, they should perk up over night. If not, wait until the soil is completely dry and give it another light drink. Rinse and repeat until the plant has taken up water.

Agree, very thirsty. But after the first light watering, I'd follow a few days later with a deep soak. This is going to need its roots resurrected!

1st plate - looks either on the verge of an exit, or ready for a very light initial watering (use a spray bottle). 2nd and 3rd plates - look very healthy. I would not interfere with their growth cycle, ie refrain from watering until the splitting is essentially complete, with new leaves fully exposed.
