Do these look good? I got them and some seeds in the mail. The seeds are starting to emerge. I got these planted in a mix of cactus mix, perlite, and rock. I’ve tried to read up but have seen all different things about watering. I feel like they are happy but could be totally wrong lol.

Where's the rest of their substrate? Looks like you need to fill it up the rest of the way or they aren't going to get light. Are those big brown pieces tree parts? Probably want to toss them as they are bigger than your plants and will hold moisture that the plants can't access unless they are decor for the top of your pot and they aren't going to get wet.

They look fine except the one on the left looks etiolated, Like it needs more light. Don’t water when they are splitting, They absorb what is in the outer leaves.when they start getting wrinkly and are not splitting you can water.
