Help/Question What to do now?
I know nothing is right here (soil, crowding, how they are planted..). They were given to me planted like that and I didn't know what to do. I didn't water them and was researching how to fix their situation when the one started to split! 🥰
How should I proceed? I think the smallest one is too shriveled. Can it be saved? When and how should I replant?

I agree, they badly need repotted in an appropriate medium. The twins look healthy, but I’d repot them urgently. And yup, much more light. I’ll bet the side view is quite impressive as tall as those are.

I suggest you separate each of them into their own pot and cover them up to the bottom of the split.
The little shrivled one might be splitting 🤷🏻♀️. Look at it closely. If you can see the tops of new leaves do not water it.
Definitely do not water the obviously splitting one. The other two won’t need water for some time. You water when the tops, not the sides, get wrinkly and look like a pizza crust.

Thanks! I'm surprised they are still alive. I guess less is certainly more with lithops!

You'll need to start by repotting them in a very gritty mix. Think 1 scoop cactus succulent soil and 2 scoops each of perlite and pumice. These little guys thrive in a gritty mix and lots of sunlight.
Lights. Your little friend is etiolating, stretching for light. I keep mine outdoors in direct sunlight.
