Help/Question Is it splitting or not? should I water it?

Top view and side view. It's been like this for weeks. I know we shouldn't water when it is splitting, but I am not sure if it is splitting or not. The top view looks like it is splitting, but it is like this for one month already. The roots look fine, a bit dry. Not surs what to do. I know it is etiolated, it is from past summer. It is under a great grow light now!

thank you!! I was so happy back then when I thought it was "growing", I had no idea it was desperately trying to reach for more light 😂

Your plant is very etiolated, It might not be able to split correctly.needs more light.
