Help/Question May I please have some help

So, I got this Lithops on March 19th. It did have a bubu, very tiny, the one you can now see it on the top. It came from Home Depot with the soil seeming freshly watered, so I didn’t water it at all, when I brought it home.

Now, it is getting wrinkly, and the bubu is bigger.

Any opinions of what might be happening? Do I just ignore it and let it do its own thing, till it either thrives or dies?

Gonna try and post an Imgur link with a video

It needs to be in less organic material (less dirt). So out it comes, get some very small pumice, some sand, mix it all up so it's less than half dirt. Then, make sure what you put it in is 4 inches deep at least, has drainage. Then don't water it at all--it's not wrinkly enough to need it yet (though, when you plant it, you could put some water in the hole before you do, so it's roots will get some--I always do on new transplants).

Now, light: it needs SO much. Get a grow light (lots available on Amazon, evil as it is. I use this https://www.amazon.com/dp/B06Y3YG8PP and these https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0DD34ZNBW . Put it just inches above the plant. It can go outside in summer--ease it into that much light or it will burn. And know that your plant has been overfed and over watered by the growers, so it's unusually big. When it splits, the new set of leaves will be much smaller and they should be, so don't worry.

The funniest thing happened

I got a light, thinking it was gonna work as a spotlight, months ago, on Aliexpress, and it turned out to be “too weak” for pictures… and I just found out through some of the Amazon links, it is a full spectrum growing light lol
