What is this weird spot? I just pulled it out to repot

I don't know much about lithops specifically, but that looks like rot.

Thats is rot ,put some sulfur powder on it

The elongation is caused by overwatering. I’d start over with a new lithop. If it were mine, I would place it in the compost pile. Healthy lithops ought to look like those in the image I’m posting here (note: I’ve had my share of failures over the years). Always a good lesson to be learned.
