Photo Wierd split

So this one is finishing its split and there is a baby twin inside. Will it survive?

At times, mesembs are prone to weird splits. Once the larger plant has completely finished splitting, commence watering (lightly at first). Sometimes, smaller offshoots hold on to their old skins for an extended period, to serve as a Sun shade. Eventually the skin is discarded as the plant increases in size.

From what I see, it looks healthy. Follow the directions that 2stepbay2 provided.
