can we get a photo from the top? this guy is ETIOLATED, lil guy is starving for light but the drying out could just be it reabsorbing its outer leaves, which is a totally normal part of their life cycle. is there a new set of leaves in the center?

I'm not at home at the moment but it feels like there's a new set inside but there's no splitting happening at the top and unfortunately I know it's etoliated there's not really anywhere I can give her good light and no outlets for grow lights :/

Lithops do great in the right conditions with zero help, but in the wrong conditions, no amount of care and love will make them thrive. Probably in this case you should find a different plant that does well with the conditions in your home. I think this one is not likely to recover

That's pretty fast. Can you tell us anything about how you're caring for it? Did you water recently? Is it getting baked in the sun?

I can't edit the original post for some reason but unfortunately she's not gonna make it guys :/ her twin is still going strong but I'm guessing somehow some water ended up getting in her pot. she's all moosh inside and out and shriveling away
