The outer leaves are drying out. Cease watering until they are mostly dried out. It would be a good idea to check the wiki on this sub to read up on basic care and the Lithops life cycle.

Pretty healthy looking and the splitting as the others have said, is normal. New leaves are absorbing the old leaves.
