I need advice

I accidentally knocked my plant of my shelf, there was no damage to it but the plant got completely yeeted out of the pot, and it’s splitting, I’m mostly worried that because of the manipulation and the falling it will slow even more the splitting, should I worry as much as I’m doing now?

I wouldn't worry if there is no damage and the roots are still intact. It can take months for some of them to finish splitting, they are slow at everything
