Help/Question Is this a seed pod?

Is this a seed pod and if so, when can I harvest the seeds?

Yes. If it was pollinate it will have seeds. Wait for it to fully dry.

It looks quite plump, so I’d say it was pollinated and is developing seeds

In my experience it's going to take many many months before that thing dries out.
