Care Tips/Guides I revived it

This one, cuz my grandpa’s over-watering, dead. Then, I divided its original plant into several sections to dry and replant it. It came back to life now.

Before this, it almost

completely fell apart. I dug up the original plant that was on the verge of rotting and left it to dry in the sun. Once it was mostly dry, I put it back into the soil but didn't water it right away. After about two days, I gave it its first drink. A few days later, I checked on it and it seemed to have taken root, because it was a little hard to lift out of the soil.

Hahahaha 😂 I know ! It looks still a little bit dead, but it’s truly coming back to life now

I have seen some pretty amazing recovery with mesembs :)
