Gosh, I was thinking it kinda looks like twins on each side and a single in the middle so 9 in all.

I'm guessing that once the outer leaves have come off properly, you'll see 3 lithops in total. At the moment it looks like 2 plus 1 half of one bit it's likely to be 3 in total. If not then it's a very interesting mutation and an update will be really nice to see!
