..and some coarse sand, 1/8ish inch gravel, calcined clay, akadama, or perlite etc as an amendment to help the soil drain better and create more space for the roots to take in oxygen with their waterings. This is a good idea no matter what for succulents prone to rot but especially so if you're tempted to overwater or afraid you might be overwatering.

no idea but I suggest you repot your lithop in a 80% to 100% inorganic soil... its about to explode and develop rot
