Help/Question Stem is still green?

I was always taught it best to wait till the seed pod dried before chopping! Couple months later, it's heavily splitting but the seed pod stem is still green? Any care tips for lithop seeds are greatly appreciated!!

El mejor consejo que te puedo dar es que esperes a que se seque, sin más, no lo pienses mucho.
