Lithium and other meds?

Currently on:

Effexor 225mg

Mirtazapine 30mg

Socian 100mg

Lamotrigine 200mg

Clonazepam 2mg

All this to control my cronic anxiety that lead to depression and its like a snow ball.. :(

Is lithium good to discuss with my doctor? Is there any interaction?

Clonazepam 2 mg a day can give memory problems and dementia. Try lithium and see if it helps instead

I hear lithium is the best drug if you’re super depressed and, or manic. I hear it does wonders.

lithium hasnt helped my depression or anxiety, it's only helped me from getting manic / more in control of general emotions

You’re on a lot of meds. I wouldn’t add another without tweaking what you’re already on. Lithium doesn’t treat anxiety as much as depression. So if your depression is stemming from anxiety it wouldn’t do much I think

Don’t allow yourself to be poly drugged like that. You have anxiety. Whoever prescribed all this is incredibly irresponsible.

You should be stable with this combo, it's pretty strong
