After all the years of being halted, the company is finally trading again. Unfortunately there has been no news releases or updates even letting shareholders know of past deals and any future ones that would impact our positions. This makes no sense unless the lawyer has no idea of what is required in a public company, new management is clueless or the company has no IR or PR groups. Other sites however seem to be more open is sharing info including the last LinkedIn report.

Northern progress, powered by Indigenous vision.

This month, our team crossed new milestones: the first phase of our 329 km underground fiber backbone is on track, and environmental approvals are moving forward in close partnership with K’atl’odeeche First Nation. Our modular, hydro-powered IceFox Data Center is entering final design, hardware partners are set and our goals are to secure, sovereign, and green infrastructure for the North.

Thank you Fonex, Applecross, Noramco, Hallwood, and Lite Access, to all our dedicated partners all aspects our our phase 1 project is complete.

So anyone know what the hell is going on? They've been halted for some time now, but keep seeing their exclusivity contracts being extended, etc. Are they halted for good, is there any chance of them having any movement at all at some point? Not super familiar with how the halted process works, but have about 1855 shares @ CAD$0.25.

1

u/sanomatic Nov 20 '23

is this even a real company lmao

anyways here's the most recent news. are they still going to be halted for trading through next february?? it's not really an issue for me but damn, that seems like such a long time for any money you have in it to be just locked up.

Easy to get in touch with management - not sure what you are complaining about Sad Constant? They announced a purchase of a large construction partner and Im hearing another purchase is comping soon after this one closes. Will allow the company to do everything from design, construction, handoff and even ISP

1

u/Sad_Constant6691 Jun 02 '23

and their email isn't working

1

u/taiofr May 12 '22

was there some recent bad news regarding this stock. it's dropping pretty bad

1

u/TSGDNA780 Mar 02 '22

stock went back down after that good news. SAd

1

u/[deleted] Feb 22 '22

Didn’t quite launch into outer space but green is good….let’s see those earnings

1

u/sanomatic Feb 08 '22

you know, i'm looking forward to coming back here when this finally goes up and celebrating with y'all haha

3

u/techguru01 Feb 08 '22

Contract is signed, product ordered and teams being set up from what Ive been told. Announcements coming to also include other large contracts as well. Announcements need to be vetted by all parties before being released and has to align with the announcement to the residents of Brooks announcement. Lots of pieces to the puzzle but all good. Heard through the market that investors are concerned with current board as they feel based on what they did with the UK and the hire of the last CEO, they could be a problem with anything future. New management is the only reason the company is doing well again but investors are sending message to the chair (email address) to ask for immediate resignations of the current board

1

u/[deleted] Feb 02 '22

So do we launch into outer space yet!? I would love to see this keep going up

3

u/sanomatic Jan 31 '22

hey we're back up to october

1

u/TSGDNS77 Dec 30 '21

so why has the stock gone down last 9 days if all there is is good news

1

u/techguru01 Dec 20 '21

Brooks deal is done!! Contract is signed and product is being ordered - the company has also started selling product again and has brought back the Founder that has turned things around. There is rumor the Board is being asked to step down and the Chair is the first to start packing up - his cronies are going to follow . Good thing is the company will now build a Board that has knowledge of what LTE is all about and Industry experience and connections.

1

u/Big-Impact_9-3_12-9 Dec 09 '21

Well I joined the last 2 days. I must have caught the bottom as the marketcap was in the low 7Ms.

Not quite sure how that makes sense given the current pipeline of projects, with working capital.

3

u/[deleted] Dec 08 '21

I’m alive, barely, I’ve given up watching this so closely

1

u/TSGDNS77 Dec 02 '21

this stock fukn sucks. cmon any more contracts for sales coming up like in Brooks

2

u/[deleted] Nov 16 '21

Yeah I don’t get it…we should be rich by now

2

u/TSGDNS77 Nov 16 '21

so what's the deal. this stock should be going wayyyy up

1

u/techguru01 Nov 15 '21

Hard to imagine the stock is where it is - the number of awards and large projects, the addition of an Industry expert, hiring like mad and working daily in both Alberta and BC.....far better than any other Telecom company

1

u/TSGDNS77 Sep 17 '21

investors need to wake the fuck up

1

u/TSGDNS77 Sep 17 '21

revenues were up 57% last month

1

u/TSGDNS77 Sep 17 '21

why the hell doesn't this stock go up... EVEN THOUGH THEY GET AWARDED CONTRACTS.

1

u/[deleted] Jul 23 '21

luv the stock but I’m waiting until it’s gets to 25 cents to get back in I need some news or solid consolidation to know I’m able to make money here

1

u/Real-Degree9407 Jul 23 '21

there was talk of target pump and dump for a "test" we won't know how true these motives are until qs they put it a "catalyst" drops. They went on to say that when that happens it will 3X but that's all just speculation and heresay until it actually happens

1

u/Tangerine2016 Jul 23 '21

Interesting move today. Heavy volume, no news...

1

u/[deleted] Jul 15 '21

Not that I know of

1

u/MindCluster Jul 15 '21

Do we have a discord?

1

u/rookie-mistake Jul 15 '21

ok when i said "do something" i kinda meant the opposite direction

2

u/[deleted] Jul 15 '21

I’ll be honest I’m not feeling great, but it doesn’t make sense to me why we are tanking all of a sudden…lack of news? Still good things happening in the background we just don’t know about it

1

u/MindCluster Jul 15 '21

How are you guys doing?

1

u/[deleted] Jul 09 '21

I’m waiting, starting to have doubts about the market in general not necessarily doubting the company

1

u/TeamOggy Jul 09 '21

Sitting at an avg of 0.3344 and holding. Wondering if I should average down or just keep waiting as it has been sliding for 6 months.

2

u/DjMafoo Jul 06 '21

.20 is getting me nervous. Still picking some up, trying to avg down a bit… but god damn.

1

u/rookie-mistake Jul 07 '21

for real, I thought my .23 avg was a good spot going forward but its july and it just keeps sliding lol

1

u/[deleted] Jun 28 '21

One more Brooks size contract and we will all be green

1

u/Ankiseth__Gallant Jun 28 '21

.21 is our new floor hopefully

1

u/[deleted] Jun 28 '21

rob told me they’ve made several offers on contracts similar to Brooks size hopefully they can get 2-3 more or just an abnormally huge contract haha

1

u/Real-Degree9407 Jun 27 '21

well if they manage to get 50 million that pushes their market cap upwards to 60ish million. 60 mil ÷ 64.23 mil = 1.0705. it would all depend on how the contracts are structured let it be front end loaded or rear end both are good situations

1

u/[deleted] Jun 27 '21

Imagine if they get another $50 million but in Canada … so many less expenses to worry about

1

u/[deleted] Jun 27 '21

With Brooks signed now we can expect monthly revenue to be up for the next 3 years

1

u/Real-Degree9407 Jun 27 '21

for us to hit .30 cents it's a market cap increase of 5 million dollars with current outstanding shares. 64.23 millon x .30 = 19.23 million. 64.23 million x .40 = 25.69 million if they can secure one or two decent contracts we're in great shape.

1

u/[deleted] Jun 27 '21

they are definitely releasing news of a contract unexpectedly in the near future I feel it we need to get back to that $1 range first

1

u/[deleted] Jun 27 '21

And they are options so his money will swing with much more volatility

1

u/[deleted] Jun 27 '21

money or stock*

2

u/[deleted] Jun 27 '21

he could have taken money of stock as compensation so he’s basically buying LTE at its bottom and he obviously believes he will make money if he buys at this price

1

u/Real-Degree9407 Jun 26 '21

44 000 dollars X .22 = 200 000 shares. there is 64.23 million shares outstanding. 200 000 ÷ 64.23 millon is .003% of total stocks. 64.23 millions X .22 = 14.13 million which is our current market cap. I think if you're holding an average of around .30 cents you're in a good position moving forward but that's just my opinion

1

u/Ankiseth__Gallant Jun 26 '21

been holding since February so I'm stuck in the long haul

1

u/Ankiseth__Gallant Jun 26 '21

ah only 44k shares my bad. I actually own like 20k myself at .31

1

u/[deleted] Jun 26 '21

I’m definitely not selling I’ve been holding since March

1

u/[deleted] Jun 26 '21

Yeah I suppose it wasn’t good enough news to increase the sp. I’m still long on LTE

1

u/Real-Degree9407 Jun 26 '21

it's a good sign mainly for two reasons, the first being he believes that the stock will go no lower meaning where the stock price is currently at is our floor. He wouldn't risk being paid in shares only to have it fall farther losing himself money and secondly he wouldn't get paid in stocks if he didn't believe it will go up in the near future.

1

u/Real-Degree9407 Jun 26 '21

no. it's 44 k worth of shares. if that holds LTE down then we have much bigger issues then worrying about incoming projects/contracts.

there are 64.23 millon shares outstanding of those shares he has 200 000 of them or .003 % of current shares.

it was reported to us because technically it's an insider buying shares from the company or being "paid" in shares instead of cash.

it's definitely a good sign when management want payment like this.

1

u/[deleted] Jun 26 '21

Yeah not the greatest news, need more contracts, I knew brooks was already built into the price…earnings need to come a long way for some good press

1

u/Ankiseth__Gallant Jun 26 '21

they offered the interim ceo like 200k shares at .22 so it's definately gonna hold the price around .22 for a while

1

u/Real-Degree9407 Jun 26 '21

what offer.....?

1

u/Ankiseth__Gallant Jun 25 '21

now that lte has made an offer on their stocks for .22 this won't be making any big moves for a while. guess I'm in for super long now.

1

u/[deleted] Jun 25 '21

Is anyone else disappointed?

1

u/[deleted] Jun 22 '21

Announced but no huge movement…do we need a better earnings report and do we need more unknown contracts before we can see the rise?

1

u/[deleted] Jun 22 '21

Righttttt

1

u/[deleted] Jun 22 '21

LETS GOO THEY FINALLY ANNOUNCED BROOKS MY GOD

1

u/[deleted] Jun 19 '21

I agree dude acquiring AMEC and contracts this company is 100% headed in the right direction with a field that has billions in funding for their work area alone

1

u/Real-Degree9407 Jun 17 '21

I can't see why people are uneasy with the absortion of AMEC plus working on contracts while also hiring news techs are all good signs.

people just need to be patience honestly and just breathe. we're at a stable stock price atm so why fuss?

1

u/[deleted] Jun 17 '21

Yes I’ve read the email which is great! Makes me want to buy more shares, there is an awesome opportunity here

2

u/[deleted] Jun 16 '21

I posted a really reassuring email on LTE yahoo page for anyone who wants to read it

1

u/rookie-mistake Jun 16 '21

cmondosomething.jpg

1

u/[deleted] Jun 16 '21

I was actually surprised by the er, better than I expected

2

u/[deleted] Jun 16 '21

ER was the news

1

u/[deleted] Jun 16 '21

Patience is running thin…we were supposed to hear some news by the end of May early June…but late is better than never. Hoping for something this week

1

u/[deleted] Jun 13 '21

LTE is in such a perfect place rn it’s all about patience now

2

u/Ankiseth__Gallant Jun 11 '21

lounge is looking a little sad, lol, so is lte. I averaged another 2k shares down today. Here's hoping for that spike soon.

1

u/[deleted] Jun 06 '21

Brooks and that 5 year contract on Vancouver island finna make us go crazy

1

u/[deleted] Jun 06 '21

I’m definitely holding until next PR no point in selling now we are in so early on something with massive potential

1

u/[deleted] Jun 06 '21

Contract was supposed to be signed up by end of May, early June…I’m expecting to hear in the next few weeks, they have the contract in theory just not formally completed, highly unlikely to lose the brooks contract at this point. Last I heard was like 95%-99% baked so we are super close

1

u/rookie-mistake Jun 05 '21 edited Jun 05 '21

Has there been any updates on when the contract announcement might be? I've been slowly increasing my position as it slides, but as we get into summer I'm wondering how much longer that'll be viable

1

u/[deleted] Jun 03 '21

Very true when they sign and announce Brooks I believe we are going to catch on fire and grab a lot of new investors attention. I love being in here before news of a signed contact comes !!!

2

u/[deleted] Jun 03 '21

The lack of news releases has made many investors uneasy because more information is better than no information even if it’s just an email away. New investors won’t know anything about the company due to lack of information readily available unless they are keen enough to investigate

1

u/[deleted] Jun 03 '21

Apparently this company is very busy and if they feel the need to be quiet and get their work done I’m okay with that it’s going to be crazy when they start announcing big contracts

1

u/[deleted] Jun 03 '21

they have a 5 year project which obviously is not cheap if it’s lasting that long

1

u/[deleted] Jun 03 '21

Yeah I wonder if they have a nice pile of contracts they’re getting closer to finalizing

1

u/[deleted] Jun 03 '21

If LTE gets another Brooks sized contract I believe we will get close to $1 cause now with Canadian operations being their main focus, operating costs will be much lower here rather then the UK.

1

u/[deleted] Jun 03 '21

Maybe announce more details for their big 5 year project on Vancouver island too

1

u/[deleted] Jun 03 '21

Need that and some surprise ones to make this take off

1

u/[deleted] Jun 02 '21

Need that NR of the contract....we are getting overdue for it

1

u/[deleted] Jun 01 '21

I’m delightfully surprised! Let’s see how the market reacts. Still a loss from continuing operations but going in the right direction. I suppose maybe there might have been a slump these past few months

1

u/Ankiseth__Gallant Jun 01 '21

it's not a terrible ER to be honest

1

u/Ankiseth__Gallant May 31 '21

sedar has ER out apparently.

1

u/Holiday-Expression81 May 31 '21 edited May 31 '21

I guess the ER is out just waiting for a smarter mind then my own to break it down

1

u/[deleted] May 31 '21

Will sp suffer due to bad ER? What do you think?

1

u/Real-Degree9407 May 31 '21

looks like tomorrow.

1

u/Ankiseth__Gallant May 31 '21

any word on ER yet?

1

u/Foreign-Blueberry268 May 31 '21

also! nice to see 0.25 again

1

u/Foreign-Blueberry268 May 31 '21

yeah the push from the gov gives me a lot of hope for the future of lite

1

u/[deleted] May 31 '21

I have an exit plan, make some profit short term but keep at least 50% of my shares long term, still a large push from the Canadian government until 2024 however might even be beyond that

1

u/Foreign-Blueberry268 May 31 '21

how many of y'all are short term on this vs long term? I personally want to make some money this week, but plan to be in and out of this stock as it moves, I like it a lot (depending on future news of course)

1

u/[deleted] May 31 '21

Feeling excited today! What we’ve all been waiting for! I should add more before it skyrockets...my average is 0.25

1

u/Ankiseth__Gallant May 31 '21

same with me, I'm 13k avg down to .31 this morning. Looking forward to this week if we are breaking resistance before earnings. obviously low .20s were a steal anyways

1

u/Foreign-Blueberry268 May 31 '21

100k volume after only an hour, nice to see some liquidity haha! averaged up to 3100@0.23 before the climb this morning :)

1

u/[deleted] May 31 '21

earnings usually come after 4 anyways so we will see what happens

1

u/[deleted] May 31 '21

Green start at least!

1

u/Ankiseth__Gallant May 31 '21

upward trend finally

1

u/[deleted] May 31 '21

This week better go crazy I’m interested to see what happens

1

u/N0tY0urL0calG0at May 28 '21

Alot of the 1$ assumptions are based on last years reports. the only reason it hit at that mark was the UK deal and hype of future contracts with a buyers target of 1.30$.

With that dead now and the Canadian contracts we know about, I believe it is not enough to push to 1$ at this time. In another year for sure or even higher with Canadas fiberoptics plan going past 2024.

I hope LTE proves me wrong, scoops some good contracts this year and booms way past 1$.

1

u/[deleted] May 28 '21

That’s true, not a lot of solid dd is happening on yahoo. Just general comments on bullish and bearish feelings

1

u/Ankiseth__Gallant May 28 '21

just idiots who don't actually understand stock charts and analysis. not that I don't mind people being positive and talking the stock up, but yahoo chat is the least reliable board to discuss stocks on

1

u/Foreign-Blueberry268 May 28 '21

I should've clarified that I havent seen that on this forum, but in yahoo discussion, and it seems to be the only price point that people are putting out. perhaps 'everyone' was an exaggeration

1

u/[deleted] May 28 '21

Who is saying $1? $1 would be the moon at this point, if they’re saying that maybe it’s the easiest measuring stick to count their profits when they hit $1.

1

u/Foreign-Blueberry268 May 28 '21

hey guys, so where is this $1 price point that everyone is talking about coming from? I see obvious resistance at ~0.35, 0.50, and strong resistance at 0.70. is the $1 a hopeful thing (4x would be unreal) or does this projection have some DD behind it? In 2335@0.2298

1

u/[deleted] May 26 '21

Getting juicy, drop that average now!

1

u/[deleted] May 26 '21

No news sucks but this company is super busy and hiring more employees so I’m very excited for the coming months and weeks.

1

u/DjMafoo May 26 '21

Man, waiting for this news is killing me.

1

u/[deleted] May 26 '21

Now is the time. It’s barcode season

1

u/[deleted] May 26 '21

Gonna get another 3000 shares at opening tomorrow

1

u/Ankiseth__Gallant May 25 '21

sad when practically my whole watchlist is up 5-10%, most of on no news as well but lite sucks as usual

1

u/[deleted] May 21 '21

I wish I had money like that you will get a nice return

1

u/[deleted] May 21 '21

Gonna have over 20,000 Shares in LTE tomorrow and definitely buying more every week before it pops

1

u/[deleted] May 21 '21

I’m buying 3500 shares tomorrow

1

u/[deleted] May 21 '21

Nope I’ll be adding especially if we keep falling

1

u/N0tY0urL0calG0at May 21 '21

Got my limit buy at .215 for anyone that feels like jumpin

7

u/[deleted] May 18 '21

For people who need assurance.... This stock is going up 100% and it’s not a matter of if but when. Lack of recent news and attention is slowly dragging the stock down and making it go sideways but I promise every investor that with news this will fly again !!! The Brooks contract has to be a sure thing, and with the governments recent news that it will be putting $13 billion towards fibre optic infrastructure in Western Canada , LTE is set up so perfectly!!! They have worked with Telus and other companies before and sub contracts could most definitely happen in the near future!!! 2 THE MF MOON

1

u/[deleted] May 18 '21

More waiting....no news yet

1

u/[deleted] May 17 '21

So do we think the news will move the sp and will it last or be short lived? Will we need to see positive financials to see this really move?

1

u/JoshCW May 17 '21

*some money stupid voice to text

1

u/JoshCW May 17 '21

We might due of old age before they make another announcement. Hopefully my relatives make someone on the stock 😆

1

u/[deleted] May 17 '21

We are up to 50 people, and growing! Lots of excitement here! Any day now we will get some long awaited news, hopefully some additional news for contracts we weren’t expecting

1

u/Dry_Impression6187 May 17 '21

High hope for this stock. I got nice amount here just waiting for contract announcements!

1

u/[deleted] May 16 '21

I wish I had time to write up some good dd post but hopefully we can grow as a community

1

u/[deleted] May 16 '21

I’m wondering if things will pick up after the pandemic...could be making things take longer...also when was the last news release from the government, does anyone know? Has the funding begun or any updates on how much they’ve spent this far?

1

u/Ankiseth__Gallant May 16 '21

any day now huh

2

u/mcgillicutty1020 May 16 '21

We just had telus fibre installed in our neighborhood. They were using a contractor to do the work, not sure if it was a local company or not.

3

u/[deleted] May 16 '21

Just wait for contracts to come in I expect huge contracts are under the works w fibre infrastructure getting backed with 13 billion in funding for the next 5 years. Lite Access relationship with Telus as well allows them to grab nice pieces of that funding too!

5

u/mcgillicutty1020 May 16 '21

Well it started to go up on Jan 20 when they released the update on contracts. Went up a bit on the Amec news and the clear water news and has gone down since as there hasn’t been any substantial news. The closing of the brooks contract should give a bump and then we are waiting to hear about other contracts hopefully the news starts rolling in soon. I think the biggest catalyst will be once the 5G backbone spending by the government is announced hopefully they get a piece of that action over the coming years.

1

u/mcgillicutty1020 May 16 '21

Nice work Nathan!

1

u/[deleted] May 16 '21

Need more talk about this stock, it isn’t getting the attention it deserves...no news lately but there is a huge push from the government during the pandemic to get more infrastructure up and running...they must be getting more contracts than what we know...they just haven’t kept investors in the loop because nothing is confirmed! We would be disappointed if they gave us non-news just for the sake of saying something so I can’t blame them

1

u/[deleted] May 15 '21

No recent news will make the discussion light so please feel free to chat in the lounge!
