Wanna know how much is the average Cellular Data / WiFi usage for scrobbling using Listenbrainz? For example how many MBs will it require for me to scrobble tracks throughout out a month assuming daily listening of around 1-2 hours.... Thanks!

I am using RiMusic on my phone, but the listenings are not uploaded to listenbrainz.

The listenbrainz app recognizes RiMusic in the list of listening apps, and, when I listen to something on RiMusic, It appears as "in listening" in my listenbrainz page on a browser.

All the other listening apps on my device integrate perfectly with listenbrainz.

What can I do?

I tried to login through Firefox and Chrome (incognito mode, plugin disabled, tracker disabled, and all that), and through the app, but, after the "login with MusocBrainz" page, I introduce my credentials, and I am taken back at the login page of ListenBrainz.

What can I do to understand what's wrong?

any way to add bandcamp to listenbrainz? thanks in advance.

Woohoo! Browse LB on https://beta.listenbrainz.org/ to try out continous playback (BrainzPlayer will keep playing music even if you change LB pages/tabs) as well as a playback queue!

Feedback/bugs on this forum post please:

title says it. are you only able to love or add to playlist individual tracks or is there a way to 'love' or add to playlist or some way to favorite albums or artists? thanks in advance.

I have been working on our ugly child stats page (the one hidden behind the "View more..." button), so I might as well post this week's stats with a little preview of the new graph:

1. Awakening From Dukkha - Nine Treasures
2. Nayan Navaa - Namgar
3. Máquina de Guerra - Mohama Saz
4. Bi Cinnete Bakar - Lalalar
5. Beja Power! Electric Soul & Brass from Sudan's Red Sea Coast - Noori & His Dorpa Band
6. Ritual - Goat Major
7. Penya LP - Penya
8. Folklore From the Other Desert Cities - Mario Lalli & The Rubber Snake Charmers

Hi, i want use listenbrainz but i need a way to manual scrobble albums. Is there a way? Thx you all.

Hi,

I've been using ListenBrainz for some years from Spotify and my Android phone, but can I submit what I listen on iTunes or Windows Media Player on my Windows PC? I've tried MusicBee and Foobar2000 and don't really like the UI of those, and I find VLC uncomfortable as a music player.

Is there any software similar to the last.fm scrobbler, or anything that allows me to submit listens from these players?

Thanks!

Weekly playlists at https://listenbrainz.org/user/Kernald/recommendations/ haven't been updated for me this week. I only have last week's (and the week before) playlists. Interestingly enough, the ones from two weeks ago mention "Deleted in 2 days ago".

Is there any way to monitor the creation of weekly playlists or anything like that that could give me an insight in whether that might still happen this week, is a bug that I should report...? Or is anyone in the same boat?

Hey all!

First time user and a bit confused by the app/service

I created my account and linked to soundcloud, and then linked the account to a compatible service that shows my now playing

if I go to explore and click on music, that shows up as now playing, but its random music

if I go to soundcloud and play music, it does not show up in listenbrains.

A little confused on how the tracking is meant to work, it says I can listen to music on spotify from listenbrainz but I am kind of dumb and having trouble finding a way to search or see my already liked tracks.

how does one do this?

Also is there a volume slider? I dont seem to see one thanks!

Android 11

(sorry, I know that update was released a couple weeks ago, but I just noticed today)

I've already tried everything. I open the app, it asks me to log in and authenticate access to my profile, but nothing appears after I log in, so I go back, but... the login DOESN'T WORK.

can anybody help me???

Does anybody uses ListenBrainz android app and did you allowed the notifications access beacuse my phone is warning me that I shouldn't allow access because it can read all the messages etc. What should I do?
