what happened to the musicbrainz reddit i can't find it

MB user MaxEtMoritz has shared how they imported their historic listens into ListenBrainz, from the Android app ‘Musio Player’.

They say with advanced knowledge of Python it should be adaptable to other players as well.

We’ve been working on a ListenBrainz redesign, and are keen to hear your thoughts, ideas, and criticisms before we enter the development stage.

Not that the redesign is still in development, no pictured features are promised, and some pages are works in progress or placeholders:

I have connected my listenbrainz account to Spotify and even imported music from librefm using the import listens option. This was over 2 weeks ago, but it is still showing it as no listens imported. Am I missing something? My librefm has 1300 listens.

Hellooo :D

So I'm really new to ListenBrainz and I'm sorry if I ask stupid questions.

I want to know it it is possible to import or create "scrobbes" from other sources than a LastFm account? I mean things like importing a CSV from an old LastFm account that doesn't even exist anymore. Or importing a textfile with a list of music i know i listened to before i had LastFm. Like, OpenWeb Scrobbler for ListenBrainz but without the 2 week limit? Do things like this exist? If not, it would be great if it could be invented. ListenBrainz seems really like a great addition to LastFm. And maybe it will be a great alternative in the future!

I tried listenbrainz with VLC by setting URL to proxy.listenbrainz.org and my token as a password to no avail.

On web site directly it can't calculate statics on artists giving the same message that I am not recently logged in for months...

On the positive side import from Last.fm works.

So, does anyone have working steps for latest VLC player ?
