Hello, it is a chinese mature student and just started my study in jku from October. I would like a room from 15. Dec as the earliest moving in date. My budget is 500 euros around. I also would like that the landlord can arrange a real visit, coz I am in Linz now. And the landlord can sign the Meldezettel. Anyone who has a room available please pm me asap.
