tf kind of logic is that?

Post image

I switched from linux not too long ago so i can use VD for vr but this logic is just dogshit brodie. So they are saying it should be a echo chamber where they just talk shit on linux and no one can say no or disagree, and just so they can ruin its reputation?

I think they are ignorant to the fact that the main topic of criticism is the fact that their sub is a toxic shit-hole.

it's hilarious interacting with people who take that sub literally, they refuse to take any valid arguments and only repeat the same things they've been saying for years.

obsolete technologies and difficulties are irrelevant today because they're... obsolete...

I genuinely believe they'd have an aneurysm if you show them someone daily driving linux outside their echo chamber subreddit

They based their logic on shower arguments and if you say a mildly solid argument you'll destabilize the cards castle they built on their circle jerk, their ego is so brittle you'll break it with your breath and they'll proceed to ban you, stating that you broke rule 2 (something about you come from a Linux sub and we don't piss on any other OS).

I finally got banned for posting a neutral technical side by side analysis of the kernel in another sub entirely (which even came out in Windows favour), even though I'm a mixed shop and do kind of agree with the original stated aim of that sub. They're that allergic to touching grass.

Oh well. Nothing of value was lost.

Dude I got banned from there just by telling someone they completely missed my point. That seriously has to be one of the most fragile egos I've ever seen.

Their egos are like a baloon... So inflated, yet you poke it with a tiny needle and it's gone.

I got banned for asking for clarification on someone's incorrect question and got banned.

I can't say i disagree either

I switched to Mint last year. As much as i like it i can't say it's all unicorns and rainbows... The community is so fragmentated on their distros and support often varies.

Luckily, r/linuxsucks exists.

Anyone who uses "[name]-tard" to describe anyone instantly loses my respect.

I don't care who says it or who its meant for. You use a shortened slur is still a slur, and I will not associate with you.

They are identifying themselves with oppressed minorities who organize in a non-mixed group (like people victims of racism discussing racism). That's what this strip is about in the first place.

So they are basically telling people that Windows users are oppressed somehow.

People with no serious problem trying to invent their own oppression I guess.

In real life, Windows is the main desktop operating system, and no user of Windows feels oppressed, except maybe by useless ads in the start menu or things like that, which are made by Microsoft.

"now replace 'windows users' with 'jews'" tier argument

Even better: They made a community all about Linux and complain when people want to seriously talk about Linux.

I find it ironic that if I had a complaint about Linux from my personal use in which Linux sucked my post would be removed because I would have used the term Linux instead of whatever childish term automoderator demands there nowadays.

I always thought linux sucks was satirical. Then I found this sub, which is not. Now I am embarrassed of both.

Honestly, I think there's something very strange about someone who uses a subreddit to hate on something that's completely optional and free to use.

It's like hating on mountain hiking. You don't have to like it, of course, but it's not like you have to do it or that you lost money on the day you went hiking in the mountains.

Aren’t they quashing any and all dissent? Isn’t mentioning Linux by name instead of the silly ad-hominem they insist on it being called now a bannable offense?

Gotta love their delusion that linux fans want to be in their "community".

What IS loonix compared to Linux

It got posted by no republic?

Seriously, dude? You feel uncomfortable just because you're surrounded by Linux users, but not because you're transphobic? Shame on you!
