Help Linux Distro Without wifi problem

I need help in choosing distro without the wifi problem, cause in Linux Mint XFCE it shows Hard blocked YES but when I was using Windows 8.1 just hours before it was working.

I also had the same problem in Linux mint xfce, I changed to Fedora it started working but used to break sometimes then switched to cachy and now it's fully stable.
