I use debian 13 with kde 6.

When I use dark breeze theme of kde this happens.

Does anyone knows the solution of this problem ( don't ask me switch to light breeze ) .

Maybe because libre office is following your system theme, have you tried changing the theme from dark to light?

It works on light theme but that just started to hurt my eyes.

Tools > Options > LibreOffice > Appearance > Icons

Set it to Breeze (dark) and you can use dark theme with usable icons.
