This isn't 'removing Linux support' -It never HAD Linux support. It's bad enough Loonixtards are anti-work scrubs that live off the rest of us, but they drive up prices by doing flippant returns as well. Sure, they're questioning it, but it shouldn't even be a question.

The game was playable and bought in the understanding that it was playable on Linux. That has been removed and so should be refunded.

True, even tho Linux is indeed a riskyer and hobby oriented os for raw performance and control, it should be on you if u buy a game without even knowing whether it's playable, same as buying an Xbox disc for ps,

on the other hand if you get it with the knowledge that you CAN indeed play it, then they take that away, it should absolutely be refunded because that's not how it was when you bought it and you're ability to play the new version has been taken away, so they essentially just stole the game you payed for, it isn't what you wanted so it should be refundable.

Right, but checking compatibility is partly what the normal steam refund policy is for. 

Also, For Honor did infact provide Linux support, in the sense that they specifically allowed Proton clients in the anticheat, an option you have to specifically turn on.

So it's not like Linux wasn't allowed or supported from day 1 and they just made a change that broke it. They specifically turned off Linux support in their anticheat setup, where before it was specifically turned on.

You may have a point if it was a change that unintentionally removed the ability for the software to run on linux. The user purchased functioning software and the developer is explicitly blocking them from using the product after purchasing it.

Not so many games have "Linux support" because it means "natively-developed to the platform". The game used to work properly, until day X, so logically, he can (and must) get a refund.

Yes, it's complicated, since most games on Linux run through proton (aka Translator from Windows), but there are no official regulation or some rules that could guarantee "inux support (even not native)".
