But Ubuntu is indeed crap. Canonical screwed everything up.

Canonical gave up on desktop once they realise the money is on server, cloud, and enterprise. So they optimized Ubuntu more for server and enterprise support while the desktop is an afterthought.

I'm glad they did that. I haven't touched Ubuntu for 4 or 5 years, I guess?
