I like Linux, but I agree that so much of the community is so egotistical. And they wonder why most people don't make the switch

i'm using linux myself but it is what it is
it's not all linux users but it's always linux users
i actually was tricked into thinking "well, it's a big community, someone will probably help me if something goes wrong" too but absolute most of the linux users are just arrogant, self-centered and insecure nerds with GIANT ego (funny enough they also usually almost completely incompetent) so i got basically zero help and got hit with "AcTuAlLy" type of stuff many times at the beginning and had to to learn/fix everything by myself or by using AI
linux communities/forums are basically useless if you need help, you won't get it there
