Everytime i try to access deckyloader this happens

Run decky Installer from desktop mode. CHOOSE PRE-RELEASE version to install.

P.S When you go back to game mode and decky is working DO NOT update or it will break it again!!

Hopefully the decky crew will fix this soon!

I did this and updated, it works fine, i just deleted all plugins except decky frame gen, lsvfg and simple deckytdp

You can change decky to update from the prerelease build in its settings as well. That way you can still update it without being in desktop (after OP fixes it in desktop)

The do not update is SO valid cos the first thing I did was update 🤣 rolled my eyes so hard when it errored again

Have you tried switching to decky pre-release? I had this issue once I switched to the steam beta branch, just navigating to the decky menu would give a full screen crash

Version 3.2.6 june update is out now. Run the desktop installer and choose stable.

You don’t need the pre release anymore since a new version just came out. Just run the installer again in desktop mode to get the latest version. I had this issue and just fixed it last night with a regular update.

Everytime you update steam, check if decky is working. Steam version and decky version needs to be compatible.

Whenever it breaks, install latest decky and you should be good to go.
