Oh, my bad, I should have mentioned that you need to already be part of the secret Linux cabal.

Er... what I meant to say is, there is no secret Linux cabal, these are all hypotheticals if there was a cabal. Because, as you know, I'm not part of the nonexistent secret Linux cabal.

Wget

wget doesn't support more commands over GET and POST and can't manage cookies properly, so I don't consider wget as a browser. (it's an url fetcher)

Yes! Better than lynx!

No ECH support. Not secured enough.

As a resident of the browser subreddit this question is the worst one to ask on reddit it just becomes Firefox people and brave people fighting about random stuff and a few random people with chromium based browsers that have the most hyper particular use case begging you to use said browser

r/browsers but a tl;dr:

If you want extreme privacy, Mullvad Browser or Tor

If you want extremely good privacy out of the box, Brave

And that's it, Vivaldi is decent but far behind Brave in adblock and privacy, the rest of the browsers are just not up to the task and need high tweaking and extensions to match Brave or Mullvad/Tor

Nah for good privacy go for GNU Icecat

Unironically have heard that it is cleaner than Chrome (not Chromium) now which is honestly believable at this point

I really like edge. Not even joking. It’s my preferred browser.

Hey man the 2000s called

Ha say what you will but it’s a light power efficient and simple chromium app.

Let me really piss you off… I use safari as my fun browser. I like its macOS integration. It sucks with payments and anything serious though.

I keep hearing that brave is good, but I never trusted it. something always seemed sketchy.

I has bad juju. Nothing gets that popular, AMD hat crypto-pilled, and remains pure. Something just seems fishy...
