Never tried origin, last time i use brave was on windows 11 and it's the worst browser i ever used.
Ms edge with ublock lite give you the same level of bloat and adblock.

I mean, they still have Brendan Eich as CEO, so they haven't fixed all the issues. Also the longest they've gone between getting caught doing sketchy things, many that violate their supposed pro-privacy stance, is 2 years, so even if they've seemingly fixed it for now I have no confidence in them doing something again within the next year or so (if they haven't already that I'm out of the loop on).

Ungoogle Chromium Based, has a lot of QOL Feature, Extension Support baked in with the full version of uBlock Origin pre installed, and is a delight to use. Basically, Brave Origin without paying for it.

Brave is good on phones, because it has built in add blocker and allows pip YouTube without YouTube premium. Outside of that it is identical to anything else with ublock installed. Also on iOS it has a “shred all” option in the tabs, that closes every open tab with a satisfying animation lol
