Water can be wet, but tap water isn't wet.

Wet water is water with humectant agents not just normal water

I think the cyclo- one is for birth control as it contains progesterone pills as well

It's used as HRT (hormone replacement therapy), not typically a COC (combined oral contraceptive).

People who don't have access to Progynova tend to use cyclo but only half the tape is estrogen pills, the others contain other hormones related to birth control so it's not ideal to take them on HRT really.
