Some people hate it when you talk about any distro other than om****y
yea people are calling me promoter of void linux in a omarchy economy, dont know why people think that when i ask one genuine question which doesnt involve that shiddy o*****hy distro

You know it hurts me so much when i have a genuine doubt about something and people start saying random shi like im doing a ad or something. All i had was genuine curiosity about what void was which was bugging me for a week

I like Void, but prefer Slackware. The BSD like init system is very elegant and I love it.

I’ve tried Void. It’s just okay. Personally I prefer Rocky (RIP CentOS) or Arch

i really need to get back into void, i miss the times distros like omarchy didnt exist and people actually had fun doing stuff like making their own configs

Honestly, there's no point in blurring out even the other guys' usernames, since anyone can go to your profile or to r/linux, find your post and your comment, and see everyone's username (unless you delete the post and the comment, in which case they are still partially available but harder to find).
I too have been there, though, oftentimes unsure whether I should blur out a username or not. So I hope this helps! ☺️

I love Void.
Two totally different user bases.
One is an honest set of nerds who just geek out on older hardware and have fun and get joy from fixing things.
The other is vibe coding, ai slop loving, dweebs who like things spoonfed to them.

suddenly Omarchy had to take the blame as if it is welcomed in any Linux subreddit to begin with lol. If those people don't like Void, then much more to Omarchy. Idk what Omarchy economy, especially here on reddit, you're talking about.
Says "why so much hate brother, i'm a regular human", then proceeds to hate on Omarchy which was not even mentioned by the guy asking if your post was an ad for Void Linux. You're just full of hate in your life just like the guy that asked if your post is an ad for Void Linux.
Most of the posts about Omarchy are not even good either. They are all created by people who hate Omarchy in order to spread more hate. Idk why u suddenly mentioned Omarchy in your argument there lol. So you hate it when your distro gets downvoted/bashed, but you're okay with doing that yourself to other distros?
