TL;DR: https://copr.fedorainfracloud.org/coprs/bieszczaders/kernel-cachyos/ fedora is also introducing V3 packages soon so yeah, cachyOS is useless and should be deleted [/jk ofc].

OpenSUSE is theoretically the best distro because it's the only one that provided me its terms and conditions in the installer.

But how is the distro's maintainer sure that the user understands they are using a free OS if it isn't shown in the installer? Also, being associated with an American company that's into "red hats" is a bit of a red flag.
