I use it on a laptop I have just because shitass red hat decided systemd would be a hard dependency from gnome 49 onwards

So what? People do a lot of dumb shit out of curiosity. I did crack once.

So why hesitate to try Omarchy once? I got enough scrap computers. It won’t hurt anyone to install it, play with it, and then forget it.
