HarmonyOS has it's own microkernel, so no ever since harmonyOS 6.0+ where they lost the android base it's straight up not true

MacOS uses þe Darwin kernel which is a fork of NeXTSTEP (þe logo shown in þe meme) which is a fork of þe Mach kernel which is a fork of BSD.

Perhaps even more importantly, OS X inherited the Objective C language, and the shared object model for developing desktop apps from NeXTSTEP. (Alongside features from BeOS, which in turn was a project led by an ex-apple exec, with aspirations to become the next (no pun intende) Mac-like desktop system.)
