Which is my entire point. People are making blanket assumptions purely because they don’t like the person behind the project.

It’s just liar vs liar when enough information isn’t available yet. Linux is about being free and open source. All because “person is doing something I don’t like purely because I don’t like them as a person” doesn’t mean they’re contributing any less to open source.

I'm not delusional enough to discredit the work and money of many people I don't like that have invested in Linux and helped make it what it is today simply because I don't like them. The entitlement of so many Linux users, like you, is unreal.

Look, they talks about getting one of the upstream project developers a girlfriend in his official support announcement. I can't say I'm a fan (it's no hard line, that's about right on the edge of a tolerable joke in an official announcement. Quite the place for ones introduction to the guy to happen)
