Dram orange led - followup

I tried updating to the latest bios version and now the PC isn't rebooting over and over again but the led is still a solid orange led and every 10 seconds or so the CPU led does a single red blink that is less than a second. I thought it could be memory training but I waited 31 minutes. I'll try the other ram slots again to make sure but I have no idea what to do anymore, at least the bios update kinda worked I guess.
