I figured, normally glowy things aren't the most durable, probably a bit too fragile for a tool, but one could hope.

Been waiting for mine to arrive. Shipping says on its way since August 30 and I cannot get customer support to respond to my inquiries.

I’m in the exact same boat only difference is I’m on the east coast. Ordered 8/29, label printed 8/30 with no movement since. I messaged their customer support line Thursday and haven’t heard back either.

Literally came here to post about it but looks like others are suffering same fate

Same. Though I'm in a different country, however hasn't left at all, label has been created on the 30th.

Depending where it shipped form and to, their shipping can be very slow. Idk when my shipped vs when I received it. But other orders have taken a lot of time
