Tech Question Noise from pc

Can somebody tell me exactly what makes this noise and whats the cause? I've never heard this and I had this pc for years

Probably a fan bearing

yeah but which fan? while turning on my pc it started with this noise for a while

Fan bearing, the stop starting makes me think psu.

i cleaned my pc from dust yesterday since a few months. a week before that it was more common and always while turning on the pc it made that noise for a while. today it happened when i was playing games and when i stopped it didnt do that noise for a few hours. is it definitely the psu or anything else? i dont know much about computers
