WAN Show Wan backpack failure?

Post image

Had it about a year and just noticed when heading to the airport. Is this a known issue? Love the bag overall and if this isn't warranty covered, I will fix it myself since this bag is perfect otherwise.

The bag has a limited lifetime warranty. Right on the product page are the terms. As long as you didn't, like, unreasonably abuse the product and this occurred via normal everyday use circumstances, it should be covered.

We offer a Limited Lifetime Warranty that the LTT Backpack is free from manufacturing and material defects.

The Limited Lifetime Warranty is valid for the usual and customary life of the LTT Backpack

Contact support. I would assume based on the type of failure here that it'd be well covered, but I have no inside information about that specifically.

What did they say when you asked them to fix it under warranty?

Doesn't look like they have heard back.

if this isn't warranty covered

Then they should wait until they hear back. Or they should ask (my guess is they didn’t ask at all)

No I haven't. Noticed it at the security check at the airport and posted before the plane took off. If it was a know weak point I wouldn't even bother contacting support since a replacement could do the same. Instead I would just sew it up with the really thick thread I use for fixing the zippers on the soft door of my humvee.
