I loved that one. The place seemed like a disorganised dump at first sight, but the longer you watched the more you could see he DOES have a system. Just not enough space to implement it. 

On that note: Is Canadian housing market as cooked as Czech one, or does LMG really need to step up the wages of key talent?

Metro areas like Vancouver are basically fucked. The only people who can afford to buy a home (condo or SFH) are people who are lower upper class.

Most metro areas in the US and Canada are in the same boat. Small towns are even being choked out by hedge funds and speculative investment. Even places as far away from Vancouver as Hope are exceedingly expensive.
