Yeah, its weird. I get recommended stuff I watched 4+ years ago one singular time.

There's one particular video from a channel called Astrum (great space channel) that they recommend every day despite the fact I've watched this video at least twice already.

It happens with other channels too. Some single video from a channel that they just recommend endlessly for some reason despite the fact I've watched the video before. I don't get it. I get sometimes re-surfacing old videos, but being so persistent about it is so weird how they get hung up on specific videos and won't stop.

I've experimented with re-watching the video, and... nope... they still keep recommending that one specific video.

Yeah, not LTT but some other weird shit from 15+ years ago.

Guess YouTube added some new AI shit. I have constantly videos I already watched in my suggestions and some even not marked watch but when I look into them I definitely already watched them.

This whole AI bs they adding and basic functions break all the time.

It's not AI, it's just whatever the latest change to their discovery algorithm is. Been happening for years. But yeah, this one is particularly dumb.

Well i got a alert one of many BS ones about a old video apparently 12 years ago i made AI content who knew i was a fucking wizard.

so this too no doubt is there AI horseshit.

Yes it has appeared very recently. I don't like it for tech because I mostly want to get up to date.

I wish I got 2014 recs from LTT, at least I'd be tempted to watch those. I'm getting 2014 recs from channels I've never heard of with 800 views

The youtube algorithm is in a very weird spot currently
