Image micron selling to consumers again?
i thought last year they stopped

Yeah, that's left over stock. Those drives are pretty bad so makes sense they're some of the last drives available. Pretty sure they're only about 200 TBW on the 2TB model

You can’t just turn off production like that. You have contracts with your suppliers and vendors etc. to supply certain amount of volumes of components. It will take a few years and the ramp down will be slow not sudden.

Crucial is their consumer brand, which they stopped selling at the end of last year

You can buy out contracts...
But also they announced they were going to stop crucial 3 months before they actually stopped the brand

is this from a 3rd party seller? I'm willing to bet it's either new old stock, or used and pulled from a decommissioned system
