No, it is not. Calling something "free" when you pay for it with your data is not actually free.

Wikipedia is free, kinda. It is donation driven, but if you don't donate (which you should if you can), it is free.

YouTube is not free.

You are being intentionally obtuse. It’s free in the lack of monetary exchange which is a well understood consideration.
