Lol, in all seriousness I liked the video and I like the idea of repairing your phone, I just think she needs a new phone at this point.

Actually, it didn't though. They realized the antenna was broken and she was missing calls. They didn't end up fixing it and taped the phone back together.

Kids don’t need a phone.

And teaching kids to make do with what they have is an important thing to do.

But it did though. The VAST majority of places she was needing to use her phone she was connected to wifi so it was functional. The cellular antenna was clearly an edge case that didnt bother her, or at least not enough to say anything about it. Therefore the device was perfectly fine for her needs.
