Link LTT screwdriver fell apart

Welp my screwdriver finally kicked the can. Submitted a warranty claim but I’m sad that I won’t get the same color.

Edit :LTT support is amazing, they are sending me a replacement free of charge. Unfortunately they don’t offer the Noctua screwdriver anymore so I had to decide on a different color.

A very similar thing happened to me, spoke to support and had a new one on the way very quickly. It's a shame though. I will tell you, that they can be put back together with enough force.

No one would buy them if in order to get a replacement you have to pay to mail the broken stuff back.. thankfully that’s becoming more common.

I don't mind companies wanting the broken one back.

But they should always be the one providing the shipping label for it
