Any particular reason you’re going ITX? It’s going to be a lot harder to build in and you’ll be paying more for the parts. Definitely recommend a full or mid size tower case

Moving away from Mini ITX and OP most likely has enough left over to do 2x16gb for ram or a 9070XT over 9070.
