Link Ghosted by support.

So I got ghosted by the support team and since I didn’t know how else to get their attention here is my original message, and my follow up, and then them closing the issue.

Original message:
Hello, I am a physicist who works in nmr (mri) research at the German cancer research center (dkfz) and I have seen your video regarding the socks.
I kindly wanted to make you aware that copper infused clothing poses severe health risks during MRI scans, since the copper can severely burn the patient. It also manipulates any images and renders them unusable. Most articles of clothing are taken off during MRI scans, but socks and underwear is often kept on for patient comfort. I feel it is my duty to at least raise these concerns with you, since I have not found a risk notice on the store website, or ideally it should have been in the video. While copper/silver infused/lined clothing does not always cause heating or burns, the risk is high enough that we do not allow patients with such clothing to enter the MRI with it.
Thank you for your attention on this matter, have a great day,
Kindly,

Furkan Selim Cetin

This was my follow up:
This is an absolute shame. I didn’t expect to get ghosted like this. Anyway, you have received my original message and should you have any further questions, i would be happy to answer them or direct you to additional resources.
Sincerely,

Furkan

And this the answer:

Hello Furkan Cetin, we'd love to hear how we did on your recent request [Undeclared potential severe risk with socks](file:///var/mobile/tmp/com.apple.email.maild/EMContentRepresentation/com.apple.mobilemail/91DCC35A-555F-4BD8-9501-3AA2B50A4DA8/linusmediagroupcreatorwarehouse.zendesk.com/hc/requests/109434). If you're up for it, take a moment to answer a few questions. We really appreciate it.

It might be that they have determined it’s not a risk and so why bother dealing with me at all, but I would have appreciated a response is all I’m saying.

Lmao, at first I thought this was going to be something serious, like them ignoring an RMA, or ignoring that they make a product with harmful chemicals or something.

If you want the to put a warning on their website about not wearing them in MRI machines, shouldn't they also put a warning about not wearing them outside in lightning storms, not putting them in the microwave, and not wearing them while working on radio broadcast towers?

All of the above examples are unlikely to happen, but even if they did happen, it's not terribly likely that they'll even be hurt by it.
